DanceFit is a group fitness class like you would do at a gym but all moves & sequences are based on dance, while ensuring the right muscles are being used that are going to get you in your best shape!
Whether you’ve never danced before, or you have but want to up your cardio levels as well as get your body moving, this is a GREAT class for you!
Our favourite class on the timetable!
This class is a version of DanceFit, but we focus on moves that don’t put a lot of stress on areas that can be impaired by pregnancy/labour etc and focus on getting your heart rate up to a level that is going to increase your fitness level whilst also being maintainable & enjoyable.

These are exactly how they sound. True dance class.
Which means learning choreography & basic techniques.
Styles we will cover in classes will include things like – jazz, contemporary, hip hop, burlesque, lyrical, cabaret, ballet… (and the list goes on!)
A low impact class with a lot of floor work.
We focus on core strengthening & muscle toning using body weight exercises along with stretching to increase flexibility & help get more oxygen/elasticity to your muscles.
Always wanted to be able to do the splits? Help us get you there! With split stretches a weekly occurrence in these classes.
So, if you’re after a focused work out without too much cardio, this one is for you!
Pilates is a popular & effective form of exercise.
It assists in many different ways over areas such as health, wellbeing, fitness, mindset, muscle shaping, posture and plenty more.
A way to learn more about the different muscles in your body, harnessing the areas we need to be using regularly & learning to find your ‘core’ that everyone seems to talk about.
It’s a well practiced & respected form of exercise & a favourite for a lot of dancers & fitness professionals.
